Directory Service
Pest Control SA is an independent directory service. We list pest control providers for informational purposes. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any provider listed on this site. You are responsible for verifying credentials, obtaining references, and confirming SAPCA/DALRRD registration before engaging any provider.
Accuracy of Information
Provider information is sourced from public records, direct submissions, and third-party databases. While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. Pricing, availability, and service details should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request, your contact details are forwarded to selected providers. We do not guarantee a response from any provider. The contractual relationship is between you and the provider — Pest Control SA is not a party to any service agreement.
Provider Listings
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Premium placement is clearly labelled and separate from organic directory rankings. Paid listings do not constitute an endorsement by Pest Control SA.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on this site is owned by Pest Control SA unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pest Control SA is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of this site or your engagement with any provider listed on this site. This includes but is not limited to property damage, financial loss, or personal injury resulting from pest control services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
